I LOVED the facial that Nicole gave me. My skin is now very soft and smooth. It was so nice to just lay back and relax for an hour and be pampered. And the massage was super relaxing. I've always enjoyed reflexology, but there are times when I have a NEED for reflexology. Recently, I had an extreme reaction to the pollen which caused an allergic reaction unlike any I had experienced in over 20 years. Nothing helped: the medications actually made me feel worse. I knew I NEEDED reflexology and called Nicole for an appointment. After one session with her, I felt relief within a couple of hours. After a few days, although I was feeling worlds better, I had a followup session. Since that second reflexology treatment, my symptoms have disappeared and I no longer have to take any medications in order to function or sleep. While there are times reflexology is a wonderful enhancement, there are other times it is a HEALTH NECESSITY! Thank you Nicole for being so good at what you do and for helping me with your skillful hands to breathe easy again.

Since my treatment for thyroid cancer, I have had symptoms and side effects that have been difficult to manage. Medically there were not a lot of options other than to deal with them or treat those that could be treated with other meds. I was open to alternatives and had been researching many of them. Nicole had spoken to me about the benefits of reflexology so I decided to give it a try. The first two sessions kinda blew me away … certain pressure points were incredibly painful and as I peppered Nicole with questions each time I was uncomfortable, the correlation between the painful pressure points and the issues I was having couldn’t be more exact. Yet, I still was a bit skeptical about how it could help me. Until my third visit … an hour of reflexology with barely a flinch. Honestly it did not register until Nicole asked me if I had been feeling better and when did I last experience “xyz”. Then it hit me … I HAD been feeling better, my symptoms were significantly muted from a month prior and I didn’t even realize because I felt GOOD! Nicole pointed out how relaxed I was and the pressure points seemed almost completely pain free … she was right! Now, a month later … I still feel good and Nicole has recommended longer intervals between sessions for maintenance … though I may keep my schedule since it is now a relaxing enjoyable hour.
